Jerry Wong, M.D.

Jerry Wong MD graduated from the University of Alberta, Canada in 1973. He worked for many years in general and emergency medicine and anesthetics.

Dr. Wong currently specializes in surgical hair restoration and has eleven years of experience. He is an active member of both the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons (ISHRS) and the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons (IAHRS), of which there are less than fifty members worldwide.

Dr. Wong is credited with developing the lateral slit technique to improve hair direction, angle and coverage. The Hasson & Wong Lateral Slit Technique has since been recognized as one of the most significant developments in the hair restoration industry in years.

Dr. Wong has experience gained from over 5000 procedures and currently performs follicular unit transplantation only. Dr. Wong is known for his artistic eye and attention to detail. These assets aid Dr. Wong in producing some of the most natural hair restoration results worldwide.
